All orders are processed within 1-3 days.
VIP Priority Processing orders are prioritized in the order processing, we make sure that these orders are always shipped first.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping time: 3 - 14 days
We have warehouses in the USA, UK, Canada, New Zealand and Australia. If your items are in stock in our local warehouses, you can expect a delivery time of 3-5 days.
If we have to ship the items from a warehouse in another country or directly from our manufacturers, you can expect a delivery time of 7-14 days.
We will inform you by email about the expected delivery time after we have shipped your order. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. *We do not guarantee shipping times.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
joinhappystore.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes or return to sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges. We will allow one free resend if the package was returned to sender however, if it gets sent back to us the second time, we will retain the shipping fee incurred. For a 3rd attempt, an invoice will be sent with the shipping price. (Applies to international and domestic orders)
If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at support@joinhappystore.com right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 24 hours of a ‘Delivered’ status.
